These Terms govern your use of AppleWalay.Store and purchases made through our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our published policies.

Products and compatibility
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and textures can appear slightly different across screens. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct iPhone model and reviewing compatibility before ordering.

Orders
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or amend an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. We will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before an order is submitted.

Shipping and returns
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, or use its content for unlawful or commercial purposes without written permission.

Intellectual property
Store branding, original text, graphics and website design belong to AppleWalay.Store or their respective licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, communication and delivery services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Errors and availability
We may correct errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions or availability and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AppleWalay.Store is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order.
