Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Pakistan to serviceable courier locations.

Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, severe weather, public holidays and courier disruptions may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you submit your order. Cash on delivery is available only where it is offered at checkout.

Address and contact details
Please provide a complete address and active phone number. Customers are responsible for delays or re-delivery charges caused by incomplete or incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Tracking and support
When tracking is available, it will be shared after dispatch. If an order appears delayed, email edenecom01@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect parcels
Inspect your parcel promptly and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Courier delays
Once a parcel is with the courier, delays can occur outside our control. We will still help you follow up and work toward a resolution.
